Day Eighteen

Today was a pretty easy going day, we went curios (souvenir) shopping . There is so many nice things, but having such strict regulations in Aus it really restricts what we can bring back.
Well tomorrow we are off to Hwange National Park to see the big five and Victoria Falls. I (Jodi) have already reserved the camp ground kitchen (at least it has four walls, a door & a roof), there is no way you would ever get me in a tent in the middle of a game reserve! ... We shall blog again on Friday or Saturday. Have a great couple of days ... we know that we shall.

great posts, awesome piccies! Keep posting! Things going well here. Church meeting this weekend. We vote on Steve, I've slipped in a motion that we rename him Cyril. I've done the numbers and its a dead cert! Mike & Cass couldn't handle the poms losing all those medals in the CMG, so they've headed back to blighty for a bit of frostbite treatment.
Talking about frostbit, Steve did a baptism Sunday night and forgot to switch the heater on didn't he?! Poor Ryan, his folks rushed him back home and stuck him in an industrial microwave.
Hazza when you come back you can check out our new gym, [see website].
Good working bee. A couple of men broke into Steve's office and removed a few dead bodies from under his desk and the array of cultures he was growing in his mugs.
QLD has been hit by a cyclone [no, not the South African rugby team]. Extensive damage to Babinda and Innisfail in particular.
Hope you are having more magnificent experiences as each hour goes by.
cheers
Stan

Hello there
Good to hear all is well. Love the blog spot and your regular updates. Read an article on Hwange just the other day. Sounds very dry there and apparently the elephant population is growing beyond control. Jodi, don’t hide yourself in the kitchen though, you haven’t lived till you’ve been close enough to a lion to hear it’s stomach grumble (Debbie would probably not agree).
Best wishes & God bless
